Duration of Returns
Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please notify us at online@joeblack.com.au immediately upon inspection if you intend to return a product.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging intact. A proof of purchase is required for all returns. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Instore Returns
Please be aware that items purchased through joeblack.com.au cannot be returned through any Joe Black store within David Jones.

Include your contact details with your returned items, and we will confirm receipt once they are received.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. Next, contact your credit card company and bank to ensure there are no issues on their end.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at online@joeblack.com.au and send your item to the same return address listed above.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.
Considerations for Shipping
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
